Message to about 65mph at redline. 100mph is pretty fast. I think it short circuits many intercoolers since the inlets and outlets are about 7" or 8" apart and aimed at each other. With low restriction intercoolers the air flows thru the center portion of the core in my opinion. Slow that air down, and they work much better. Per Bell Intercoolers, you can have an 80% efficent intercooler, this calcs out to be about a 20% increase in air (20% drop in temp relative to absolute zero). At 600hp that could be a difference in 120 hp between a heat soaked intercooler and a efficient one. A good fan setup for your dyno can be pretty important.
